The Paperwork Assistants, Inc., is an Illinois corporation.

Services are provided to clients primarily located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.  For clients who frequently travel or do not require on-site assistance, remote access services are available. We have clients across the United States.

Mindy Luebke, CPA

President, The Paperwork Assistants, Inc.

Mindy is co-founder and President of The Paperwork Assistants, Inc.   Her company specializes in working with small businesses, entrepreneurs, and start-up ventures.  She and her team provide bookkeeping, QuickBooks training, and virtual CFO services.  Mindy is a dynamic professional with progressively challenging and diverse experience with public and privately-held companies across multiple industries.  Her professional background includes external and internal auditing, general accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.  

Mindy is a CPA and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University.  She is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, certified QuickBooks Online consultant, and a certified Bill.com Expert.  She is a founder and former board member of the Chicago QuickBooks ProAdvisor Group, Inc.
